Carlos Arroyo, the fifth Puerto Rican to play in the NBA, was never drafted by an NBA team.  He joined the NBA as a free agent to play for the Toronto Raptors in 2002.  Since then, he has played for the Denver Nuggets, Utah Jazz and the Detroit Pistons, before being traded to the Orlando Magic in February 2006.  He plays the Guard position.  His quick speed -- along with his dazzling dribbling and passing skills -- will have him playing professional basketball for many years to come!
